There is so much to be excited about right now! The weather is starting to get warmer, the vaccine is starting to rollout, massive gains were made in the last programming cycle, and now we have a new focus for training!!!
Here is what you can expect.
Long EMOM’s – What better way to get your week started than with a long and challenging Every Minute on the Minute workout every Monday. We’re going to test your capacity with an at home version of “Chelsea”.
Strength Days – On Tuesday and Thursday, you can expect to immerse yourself in a strength focused workout. Each of these days will include 3 separate strength pieces, and a quick and dirty conditioning workout.
Engine Building – On Wednesday’s we’re going to try to push you out of your comfort zone. These days will test you physically but even more mentally. We’re going back to an oldie but a goodie conditioning test to set the stage for the next 6 weeks.
Endurance Friday – If you’re looking for a long sweatiest, Friday’s will treat you well. Get ready for sustained efforts workouts that will require you to take your mind to another place to endure pain.
The 416 Online member data that we’ve collected from the Train Heroic app has shown some incredible progress in fitness and strength levels. This has challenged us to create what might be the most demanding cycle to date.
We hope that we can continue training indoors soon. In the meantime, we’ll continue to build our fitness from home!
