416 Fitness Club – Personal Training Terms & Conditions
Congratulations on taking this important step towards becoming the best version of yourself! We’re thrilled to support you on your journey and help you achieve your fitness goals. Before starting, please review our Personal Training T erms & Conditions:
Scheduling and Cancellations
1. Appointment Preparedness: Your coach will be ready for your scheduled appointment.
2. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: T o avoid losing a session, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Contact your coach directly to reschedule.
3. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time unless other arrangements are made with your coach in advance.
Membership and Billing
4. Personal Training Membership: Personal training sessions operate as a membership. Upon completion of your monthly sessions, your next set will auto-renew and be charged.
5. Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for any reason, including relocation, illness, or unused sessions.
Session Expiration
6. Expiration Period: Personal training sessions expire 3 months after purchase.
7. Cancellation of Membership: If you wish to cancel your personal training membership, email us at info@416fitnessclub.com at least 2 weeks before your last scheduled session. Late notice will result in a $50 processing fee.
