Happy November Everyone,
We have made it to 4th week of our programming focus. I know you are all excited for the Members Comp happening on Saturday whether you are part of a team or planning to come watch your friends it’s going to be an awesome event!! We have some exciting movements in this week’s programming. Starting off the week with some deadlift and more burpees (Coz why not). We’re going to do some challenging and fun work with Cleans on Tuesday. Wednesday gymnastics will be taking a close look at the technique of Ring Dips followed by a fun interval workout. We have Strongman movements on Thursday, and everything overhead on Friday. .If you’re recovered from the comp on Saturday, Sunday has pistols on the agenda. Have fun getting stronger and as always, don’t forget to listen to your body. Rest well, fuel up. Happy training 🙂
