Congrats to everyone who competed at 416 Cup on Saturday!!! I hope all you guys are ready and recovered from the previous week as well as members comp. We will have all kinds of squatting in the strength this week. 🙂 Tuesday Olympic Lifting will focus on the Push Jerk followed by an Open inspired workout. We have a nasty combination of Deadlifts and Pull-ups on Wednesday. Sunday’s gymnastics focuses will be handstand walking. Most of you get intimated by the movement. That’s why I would like you to come and practice most importantly have fun. Also it’s combined with the clean and who doesn’t like the clean.
