The time has finally come. Back to the gym and back to the barbell.
It’s been quite the ride and we couldn’t be more excited to be welcoming you back to your fit home!
There is a wide variety of places we are all coming from. Whether you are coming back from off your couch, or you have been attacking other types of fitness, had a barbell at home or were crushing our online and outdoor program, the first 3 weeks will be the right kind of challenge.
Starting right on opening day up to August 8, we’re going to hit you with a lot of everything, and ramp it up as we go.
These first 3 weeks (+ a couple days) will bring back all the movements, focusing on solid form and technique, building into higher intensity and heavier loads. Like always, our program is scalable to meet every fitness level and fitness goals.
What happens after those 3 week glorious weeks? We will head into a testing week before attacking a new 4 Week Training Cycle. Testing week will be your opportunity to create a new baseline, a solid jump off point to set some fitness goals and get to work on achieving them!
