We’re bringing you dedicated HYROX training classes designed to help you dominate this race, or just challenge yourself with longer duration training sessions.

What is HYROX?

HYROX is not your typical race. It’s a mix of functional strength and endurance, built for people who love training and want to put their fitness to the test. Each event consists of:

🏃‍♂️ 8 x 1 km runs
💪 8 functional workout stations:

  • SkiErg
  • Sled Push
  • Sled Pull
  • Burpee Broad Jumps
  • Rowing
  • Farmer’s Carry
  • Sandbag Lunges
  • Wall Balls

It’s gritty, tough, and insanely rewarding—exactly the kind of challenge 416 members thrive on.

HYROX Training at 416 Fitness Club

Our HYROX-specific classes are built to get you race-ready by improving your strength, endurance, and running efficiency.

📅 Thursdays at 7:00 AM
📅 Saturdays at 8:00 AM

You’ll train the exact movements used in HYROX races, work on pacing strategies, and build the mental grit needed to push through when it gets tough.
