The guidelines for success… A quick reminder of our GYM POLICIES:
1. INSIDE SHOES
Help us keep our gym clean and safe!
Our gym is like a second home, and we’re committed to keeping it as hygienic as possible.
Outdoor shoes track in dust and bacteria, which end up on the floor where we work out. Yuck! Let’s keep our faces off that stuff during burpees and other exercises.
Let’s do HARD and CLEAN stuff together ????
2. BAG STORAGE
Let’s use the cabinets available to store our belongings such as bags, water bottles, and other items at the gym!
Once you are at the gym, please, place your items on the cubbies or changerooms. This contributes to maintaining a clutter-free environment and ensures everyone’s safety during workouts.
Remember to only bring the accessories you’ll need for your class onto the gym floor, rather than your entire bag.
We know we can count on you for that! ✨
3. WAIT FOR YOUR TURN
We know you are suuuuper excited to start your WOD! but let’s keep the energy high and the vibe respectful.
Remember: wait for your coach’s invite before hitting the class floor.
Let’s give our friends time to cool down from their previous session.
Your turn will come soon enough, don’t worry about it hahaha ????
4. BE ON TIME
On the other hand – Don’t skip your warm-up, it’s key to preparing your body for the training ahead. Let’s NOT surprise our muscles in this case, ok?!
Make sure your schedule accounts for travel time to the gym.
If you have any conflicting appointments with your workout, look to move things around! I mean… priorities ???? Dedicate your class time to you and get the most by being there for all the action.
Let’s keep those gains coming and those excuses aside!
5. MIND YOUR TONE
We love seeing our members connect and build friendships!
But before/after a workout: while chatting with someone, please be mindful not to disrupt the coach’s instructions in an ongoing class.
Feel free to chat and laugh, just remember to be respectful of others’ class experiences ????

6. WE’VE GOT EACH OTHER’S BACK
The workout is NOT over until everyone finishes theirs!
Keep calm and remember to cheer for your friends until the end.
You’ll have time to put away your equipment and cool down properly.
We are a community! Let’s stay supportive and make sure everybody feels the camaraderie ????
7. TAKE CARE OF OUR HOME
Respect the equipment and each other’s space.
Always clean up after yourself, swipe things if they’re too sweaty and return the weights to their proper place. Remember: next class is coming in after you!
Never throw/ drop weights above your hips line, especially kettlebells, dumbbells, and barbells loaded with 10 and 15-pound plates, please! We don’t want them to break. We want the equipment to last.
Treat the gym with care and consideration for everyone’s safety as we’re also trying to prevent any accidents ❤
